CampusOS Consortium Meeting, 19. - 21. June 2023 @ Hildesheim
The second CampusOS consortium meeting took place from June 19-21 at our partner BOSCH in Hildesheim.
Focus of the meeting were interactive workshops of different subprojects from the building block catalog, reference architecture, components - and testing, dissemination plan and resulting publications as well as joint preparation for the CampusOS presentation at the Hannover Messe 2024.
Stefan Richter, MUGLER SE provided insights during a keynote presentation on "Market Overview in Campus Networks". Dr. Martin Kasparick, Fraunhofer HHI gave a keynote presentation followed by a discussion on "future releases and long-term planning for the building blocks catalog. Kudos to our partners Dr. Frank Hofmann and Dr. Oscar Dario Ramos Cantor for hosting the great event with about 50 partners from the area of Germany.
The progress of the milestones within the project are instrumental for the realization of an ecosystem for 5G campus networks based on open and modular radio technologies and interoperable network components.
The Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action funds CampusOS for a period of three years. We are looking forward to the further common milestones and would like to thank the CampusOS partners:
