SIEMENS is represented in the project from both the provider and the user perspective.  Architectures are designed and different operator models for industrial use are examined and evaluated. Central functional modules (e.g., virtualization, E2E orchestration, service management) for industrial use of campus networks are being implemented as prototypes.

By incorporating current customer requirements, the work in the project can be very well aligned with the needs of industry and medium-sized companies. The co-design of the ecosystems is important in order to achieve a broad use of CampusOS technologies here with the participation of German manufacturers. The representative industrial use cases and the planned guidelines for their implementation in Germany and Europe are very important.
